Josh Bruner joined Appriss in 2002. Prior to assuming the role of President in January 2016, Josh served in many facets of the business, including Technical Services, Product Management, Account Services, Professional Services, Sales and Business Development.
In his previous role as Appriss’ Executive Vice President of Operations, Josh effectively led implementation, support and call center activities for all of Appriss’ products and services.
Josh is a graduate of Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky. He speaks regularly at victim services and law enforcement conferences.

Lalla supports all efforts and activities that impact VINE customers. This includes support of the Client Relationship Managers, escalation of customer issues, and representation of customer perspectives to senior management through feedback from VINE Program Managers and the VINE Advisory Committee.

Peter leads Appriss Federal sales and business development, which encompasses civilian agencies, the Department of Defense (DoD), and the intelligence community.
He has over 25 years of experience selling integrated enterprise solutions to Federal agencies, specializing in solutions for entitlement fraud, law enforcement, cyber security, and insider threat. Peter excels at establishing strong relationships with major partners, systems integrators and customers.
Mr. Holden holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland and a Master of Information Systems from American University.
Vice President, Data Services
Lucy drives commercial business growth at Appriss Safety by identifying new sales channels and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining Appriss in 2015, Lucy spent 13 years at LexisNexis Risk Solutions in management roles in Insurance Services, Business Services, and Marketing. Most recently, Lucy served as Director of Data Strategy and Strategic Partnerships, where she focused on the US data market, as well as the expansion of LexisNexis’s UK operation.
Lucy earned her B.A. in Journalism/Public Relations, summa cum laude, from the University of Memphis where she played collegiate tennis, and her MBA with honors from Emory’s Goizueta Business School. Lucy loves working at Appriss and leveraging its unique data sources to increase safety and security.

Rebecca drives continuous improvement across the Appriss Safety organization through her leadership of the Business Intelligence, Product Management, Product Deployment, Data Operations, and Customer Support teams. She has over 15 years of experience in directing process improvement initiatives to maximize operational efficiency. She collaborates across teams to achieve desired results and deliver exceptional value for our customers. In addition to being a positive change agent at Appriss, Rebecca leads strategic initiatives to ensure solid data quality, accuracy and speed for all Appriss Safety products
Vice President of Engineering
Steve leads the Software Engineering, Product Management, Core Services, Infrastructure, Systems Support, and Technical Operations teams in the delivery of Software as a Service (SaaS) products for Appriss Safety.
He has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of technology management, including process improvement, analytics, product development, and systems strategies. He is a decisive, results-oriented leader with proven success in building and motivating high performance teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Steve excels at developing technology solutions that deliver and improve business results.
Ed drives software and product architecture across the Appriss Safety organization by working closely with the Software Engineering, Product Management, Implementation and Systems Support teams.
He has over 26 years of experience in both software and product development, and has led several strategic initiatives at Appriss. Ed is currently focused on launching a greatly enhanced version of VINE and the migration of statewide VINE programs to the new platform beginning spring 2017.
